Interesting. Hate to harp on this, but maybe if our recruiting budget was 2nd in the conference, we'd see the fruits of our relatively highly ranked assistant coaching pool budget.

With the size of our institution and total revenue $'s that far exceed many of our conference mates, salaries/budget does seem like an are where we should be able to throw our weight around.

This article seems to indicate that we were actually at $1.42M for 2016.
