Blue Shirt ?

Will they be listed and rated in the 2018 class? How are their star ranking figured out?

If a blue shirt flunks or drops out of school before NSD does that free up his scholarship?

There's a chance they will be included in our class on recruiting sites and there's a chance they won't. The guys weren't this year, because it would've meant digging and finding out who our blueshirts were, since they weren't announced. They aren't going to be included unless they're announced by us.

As far as their spot, we don't have to use a spot in a signing class on them until they get put on scholarship. As of right now we still have 25 scholarships to use on the 2018 class. Only once we start putting them on scholarships will they begin to start taking up spots in that signing class.

Correct. They have signed no binding agreements. Still just a verbal agreement.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if were to end up not using all the scholarships from this past class, we can backwards apply the blue shirts to this class as well.

Simple answer is yes. 

Lets say they are holding 2 spots for this class for a late qualifier or transfer or something like that. If neither of those spots is eventually used then yes they can take two of the kids they asked to blue shirt and assign them spots in the 2017 class.
