Today is the first day that you can renew your tickets and they have an awesome promotion for today!! Just received an email from the Ticket office and they are offering:

Renew your tickets tonight at the Signing Day Celebration and we will waive your service fees! 

 

Huge Savings!!! I dont know about anyone else but that will save me $10. This is a big motivator for me to whip out my check book and get this deal done today!!

True...plus, I suppose I could buy the tickets in the company's name and use them for an entertainment expense. 

(IRS Tax Experts:  Is UNT football "entertaining" enough to qualify as an entertainment expense? Or, would the IRS consider UNT football being use as "entertainment" tax fraud and lock me away with Wesley Snipes?)

I tried to renew my tickets and it took me to a link that says "No Events". I am going to try it again from my laptop when I get home.

It worked from my laptop. Looks like my section will be stuck with me again.

Inspired by the Tony Benford Evaluation Process, I've decided to wait until the end of yet another season of football before making any final decisions on whether or not to purchase season tickets. 

It's my process, and you all just have to trust that I'll make the right decision when I feel that the appropriate time has come.

Tax refund set to hit my bank account tomorrow.  Unfortunately, for UNT, I'm going to go the Shreveport and get unlawfully inebriated for the weekend, so I'm not even going to attempt this until Sunday.  I'm quite certain that the mean green club portion will work.  As for the tickets, are they "evaluating" club seats until the 11 and a halfth hour again?

My email just said Dear (blank),

They couldn't even get my name inserted into the generic email correctly.  I might need to call the ticket office and argue with someone and demand they get my name in the email next time....
