Mean Green beat UT-PanAm 87-81 in OT

I was listening to this game on my way back into Dallas, and couldn't believe our guys came back from being down at the half. Not only that, but in a game where our guys had poor free throws, a sick Jerome Rogers steps in and makes 2 essential free throws, sending the game into overtime. The performance from everyone in overtime was phenomenal, especially at the line.

Of course, the most important key to winning this game (outside of Rogers' miracle work) was Shawnson Johnson. This guy stepped in, and it sounded like somebody had let Shaq loose on the court. All I kept hearing was "rebound by Johnson", "block by Johnson", "a shot good for 2 by Johnson!" He's like a monster out there. Much props to Johnson and to Johnny Jones for recruiting.

Looking forward to the game this Saturday against St. Bonaventure...wish I could be in NY to see it.

I realized it was on towards the end of the fourth and heard the comeback and overtime. I even heard somebody scream Go MEan Green in the crowd! Somebody was there representing! What I heard of the game was great.
