Art Briles is one of the top 5 coaches in college football.  So regardless of what happened at Baylor, you know someone's going to be willing to look the other way/give him a second chance.

Kiffin has stated he won't hire Art Briles due to the distraction factor.  He did hire baby Briles.  I find it so interesting that Briles reportedly passed on our head job and now he is a position coach at one of our conference foes.

I think it speaks to his circumstances at Baylor more than UNT

I'm actually kinda surprised that Liberty hasn't been trying to hire Art, given that they've already shown they don't mind taking a big bite out of that Baylor scandal crap sandwich by hiring McCaw.

You know that's a damn good point, and I bet they do hire him in a couple of years when the stink wears off a bit.  I don't think he's touchable right now.  Liberty would say that it is line with forgiving etc..
