Delivered on December 21st indeed.  Showed up on my doorstep today, December 29th.  Thank you Tricia and Reggie for making it right and getting me in the game in the seat I purchased.  I really appreciate that the ticket office administration is working hard to make things right.

As for the kid on the front line of the ticket office phone line who basically said, "It's delivered," and proceeded to emphatically insist that I did indeed hold a ticket in my hand, well, I ask you, what in the HELL kind of advantage would I get in trying to screw the university out of the same ticket twice?
