UNT is 6-6 after playing a woefully weak non-con schedule. Let's take a look inside some numbers:

0-3 on the road. Only one of those road games could be considered even close to an opponent outside UNT's competition level (Texas Tech).

6-3 home record against an extremely weak home schedule. In the 4 wins against D1 opponents, those opponents combined record is 19-34.

Against bad competition, UNT has been out rebounded 442-435.

UNT has 168 turnovers vs 134 assists.

Field goal percentage is virtually equal.

Slight edge in 3 point percentage to opponents.

SD had only won one road game until last night

I also didn't remove the wins over non-D1 teams from the won loss totals of the teams UNT beat. Just for the record.

The good news is they have also forced 30 more TOs than assists given up, so there is that.

Twould be good news if UNT hadn't played such crap competition.

The people who claimed this would be a top tier CUSA team are about to be sorely  disappointed.

The people who claimed this would be a top tier CUSA team are about to blame a player or coach not named Bendord.

I see a certain SMU transfer as being labeled as a cancer before seasons end.

Nah--that idiot is gone...which is why the current idiot coach is still here this season.

But don't fret--he will be gone soon and a new coach will get hired here soon enough by an AD that isn't the worst in America.
