Kevin Henry-Jennings: South Oak Cliff QB
My understanding was we offered him along with Farrar (his RB teammate) and were on hold if SMU got another guy they had ahead of him. We were all over this kid though because we were recruiting his teammate. I have been hearing he was a very undervalued talent for a long time. -

What is this program missing?
What's so frustrating is that we were there, on the cusp. We were THAT team. WE HAD THE MOMENTUM (starting in 2017) until Littrell's flirtations with KSSt. The wheels fell off after that.... starting with Fine's injury in the NM Bowl game that year, then Harrell getting hired away & replaced by Bodie Reeder. The next season, the lackadaisical SL showed up and he wasn't having fun anymore. No more high energy, "Get after their asses!!". Instead, it was low energy, "we gotta do better in all 3 phases".... Then, we fired Littrell, and rightly so, but brought in Great Value Seth Littrell to replace him, which was a bone-headed move.- 1

Kevin Henry-Jennings: South Oak Cliff QB
He was only recruited as a reserve; mainly to get in on the SOC/Dallas pipeline. (15 minutes away). Their guy was 4-Star QB Preston Stone of Parish Episcopal. Stone was injured and hasn't performed up to expectations. Jennings exceeded expectations. Not great but effective.- 1

New Commit....Cahmai Crosby, combo guard......Kilgore JC
Well, not a lot to go on other than the attached video on Crosby. Haven't found an entire game yet. This staff has done a great job with juco pickups over the years, so I can't question this one. Curious why the lack of quality offers though. The Thomas signing is ok considering he just started his senior season in high school. He looks a legit 6-7 with a very good body build. He could develop his game more but he is not the "great" recruit as advertised. I have subscribed to NFHS for a number of years now and recently saw his playoff game against Plano East last year. He's an above average HS center (presently) on a loaded Allen team. I'm sure we signed him to play the 4 as he does not have a perimeter game. Wish we had signed DJ Hall of Plano East who is better. Kid signed with Texas State as their highest recruit ever. Never saw any UNT offers.- 1
