....... and after we win tonight we will have Woolridge and Frazier back for the Sam Houston state game.

Can't be back if they have never played.  Let's just say that they will finally be eligible to play...no "back" about it for these two.  Here's hoping they are as touted and can give the team a real lift on both ends of the court.  Fingers crossed.....

Will require a coach who knows what they're doing, and you of all people know I don't criticize coaches.

Maybe this is a good analogy, and maybe not. I do not like Benford and I can't help but complain about him but I would much rather see these players rattle off a winning season than Benford struggle. Kinda like how I don't prefer a certain president but I would rather pray the "team" still performs well.

I think he is a solid recruiter, but I've seen more effective offenses in pick up basketball games. Looks like 5 guys all trying to create there own shot. And that's on the good days.

I definitely agree with the recruiting. And he must have some kind of way with words with the transfers he gets. But 4.5 years and he still can't find a winning game plan.

I am interested to see what impact if any this will have.

If I heard correctly during the post game show, Benford said that Woolridge will be available against Sam Houston State but that Frazier won't be eligible until after that game.  Can anyone verify that?

I would think that Benford is a pretty credible source to know that.

Well that sucks. We need all the help we can get to pick up a game on the road.

hully-gully adj. haphazard, disorganized, inconsistent, loosey-goosey. Also adverb, willy-nilly, pell-mell, helter-skelter, and noun, hustle and bustle, hurly-burly, hullabaloo. Editorial Note: This term is common in basketball and other sports, especially in Oklahoma and at NorthTexas.

An SMU friend of mine says that Frazier is magic.  Hope he is right.

He is very special.  I am not sure Benny can get him to play the kind of defense Brown could, but when Frazier is going offensively he is damn near impossible for someone to guard.
