The link clearly says that we are favored by 9.5.  Are you seeing somewhere else that Army is favored?

Yes, that link shows that we are FAVORED to win, not to lose. 

Vito is saying we are dogs by as much.  No way would Vegas Insiders and ESPN be that far apart from each other....

Whoah, you're right. Army is favored -9.5. I knew this didn't sound right, that's why stated earlier I would pound Army here. Army is favored...

 

Another offshore I've used has Army -9.

It's 3 weeks away, Army still has to play Navy, and although Fine and Wilson should be ok, they're unknown for now.   

So that prediction at this point means nothing.

I've never used a sports betting site, but I think UNT can keep Army to less than a 9 point win. Heck I have UNT winning the game. Sounds like a good time to make some cash.
