Trying to figure out who's next in-line for APR bid if Texas declines and USA or ULL lose.

I think the order is Miss. St, then UTEP, then NIU

UTEP does not have 5 wins, but yes they have a higher APR than NIU.  However, NIU is next up after the whorns.

I met with the Head Trainer for the TCU Horned Frogs this evening & he claims that UT even with their APR will not go to a bowl game if offered. 

What am I doing froggin' around with the TCU HT & his fiancé tonight?   Well, I booked to DJ their wedding for 5/28/17 in Aledo & will probably get to meet Mr. & Mrs. Gary Patterson at that wedding.  Real nice folks I hear.
