Edit: Nevermind, the Vols are 8-4 and horns 5-7. I answered my own UT question.

Concur! The bowl, per se, doesn't matter to me nearly as much as the opponent. I want to see us be competitive, with a chance to win if we get a few bounces our way.

Arizona, Vegas and New Mexico are all ones I can make. But for the program, if there's a winnable opponent, I'd like to see either of the DFW options to get a huge crowd.

I would like for us to be in a situation where we can at least be competitive. Playing Navy,Boise State ,or San Diego would not be my choices. Idaho or Wyoming would be a better fit.

I voted for the Idaho Potato Bowl so that I can watch in Boise. 

 

I would also vote for a bowl game in Salt Lake City, Oregon, or Washington.  

All for very selfish reasons.

3. Arizona Bowl (date would work with my vacation)

4. New Mexico Bowl

Meh on the order of the rest.

Same with me, except that I might switch the #1 with the #2, and the #3 with the #4. Vegas is good, but the timing might not be right for me. I just hope we find out this weekend.

Agree with Armed Forces over HOD (for this year).

Wouldn't bother me if in the future with ranked North Texas football teams that the HOD Bowl became what the old Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl game became with the Houston Cougars during the Bill Yeoman era as in....almost an annual event?

I'm going to have to rule out the Armed Forces Bowl now that I've checked the date. I'll be with family on the 23rd. PLEASE HEART OF DALLAS
