How do I cancel my 1-month CUSA-TV stream account?

I've looked around on the site and can't find a way to cancel my account for the Monthly Recurring Subscription.

Has anybody else cancelled using the site? 

Do I have to contact customer support? (They have no FAQ regarding this topic).  I did send a message to them, but was wondering if others had figured out how to do it.

I would look for billing & payment information or account setup under "Your Account".  I can't help you with anything further because I don't have a payment plan setup.

I couldn't find it either so just deleted my payment information from my profile.

Yeah, I deleted my payment info too since that's the only thing that it looked like I could do.

I got a quick response from (SIDEARM Sports) support saying that they did delete my subscription, but it didn't answer my question as to how do I do it myself.  So, I guess the only way is to send them the message.

I didn't setup a payment plan.  I just subscribed to the 1-month option, but they automatically renew each month until you cancel.  They warn you of this, but it looks like there's no way to cancel w/o sending them an e-mail.

Thank you for this reminder.  I e-mailed CUSA TV today to cancel my subscription.  They very promptly replied that they received my message.  then, again, very quickly, I got another message tell me that my subscription had expired yesterday (Sun).  I wasn't happy with the product but the cancellation process was excellent.
