Not 100% sure but guessing possibly Dakoda Newman of Mansfield Timberview.. Following/Followed by different members of the staff. but nothing on twitter saying he has commited. so i could be totally wrong.

Very Nice Interior line prospect!! I will have more once the kid announces. This kid is very under the radar. But nice addition along side Donovan and Witherspoon

Half the plays this kid has his hand around the guy he's blocking's back, and often just straight up tackles the defenders. Stuff that can be cleaned up, but will take a lot of good habit forming reps. He wants to finish, which is great to see.

when will the announcement be made?

also, do we have an ideal spot for Don and Spoon? I'm assuming Don at C, and Spoon at one of the T spots?

#1 is a Tech commit.  I doubt we could flip him since he is a family legacy to Tech, but we should keep an eye on some of their commits as Kingsbury is squarely on the hot seat.

I hope he doesn't get replaced.. Tech my turn to another former Tech coach in SL if we keep going up..

I don't think the Tech alums would allow that to happen because Littrell isn't a big enough name for them.  I would see them going after Briles and letting him rebuild his reputation in Lubbock, which is somewhat out of the spotlight, yet would bring attention to a university that greatly desires people pay attention to them.  Littrell doesn't have enough skins on the wall to satisfy the Tech loyal.
