Letting position coaches coach? Thinking about next formations on drives etc? It's polar opposite of Eck which is what drives most of us crazy. 

Also I hate that we have 1 coach signaling , that's not good at all.

Unless the medical trainers are position coaches too, the offense was on the bench alone.

Who know why but I'll go with whatever Harrell is doing since he has just a little bit more experience playing and coaching than any of us.

Not unusual for the DC to be a more "rah-rah" guy on the sideline, while the OC is more calming/cerebral.

I would think he would generally have a word with his QB after the series at least tho.
