I have to admit that I don't use Twitter....ever.... but definitely would to watch football!  Will this be a live video feed?? I noticed that Campus Insiders said they have the exclusive video stream.

If you have the newest Apple TV, you can download the Twitter App and stream directly on the Apple TV...you can also watch the game with the twitter feed off to the right. For NFL games its normally all tweets with #cowboysvsgiants, for example.

THis is incredible.  A new way to broadcast games (and engage via Tweets)

It's like watching the game and having the chat window on the same screen. But you don't have to worry about the server slowing down. Plus, you'll see comments from fans of both teams.

We have some humble people in our athletic video department.

The streaming of the past softball tournament hosted at North Texas had our video department working overtime to stream all of the games. The conference office was so pleased that they asked them if they could do it again.

The department has established partnership with ESPN3. There are minimum standards a streaming video production has to meet to get games broadcast on ESPN3. The athletic department has now partnered with the RTVF department to get students experience and produce a high enough quality broadcast for the ESPN3 stream. All of this while turning out road recaps in hours that have only been getting better every week, and weekly hype videos and producing/running in-stadium, in-game production.

If you ask me, there is a lot of activity that is showing a lot of commitment and initiative by members of the athletic department. Especially when you consider how large (small) that team is these days...
