His career in the NFL after a lack of a career here speaks volumes about McCarney and his staff.  Good on Jamize and hope he makes 4 Pro Bowls.

Wasn't he gone before Mac arrived?  I thought it was Dodge that didn't know what to do with him.  Seems we have had that problem in the past with an OL that ended up having a HOF career, Brian Waters.

No.  His junior year was Dodge's last (partial) year, and he saw more action under Dodge than in his senior year under Mac.

Brian Waters had a great career at UNT.  Maybe he would have been better as an O-lineman, but he produced at both DT and TE.

Thanks for the clarification on Jamize.  My point with Waters was that he moved around a lot, position wise, at UNT which probably was attractive to NFL scouts since it showed his athleticism.
