Lance Dunbar on now on the post 10 pm sports Cowboys show.

Looks much more composed on camera. Confident, and just a great reflection on the University. Great to see him back and get a shot late in the game to help the team. Will always be one of my favorite North Texas players.

One catch for 16 yards and he gets a 5+ minute interview with Sham and Babe.

I'll give Dandy Killeen some props for that.

It seems like every time I look up his stats, his average carry is over ten yards or something ridiculous like that, yet the Cowboys so rarely use him.  I'd think that somebody who averages more than ten yards per carry would be on my priority list.  But no.  Let's give it to Cole Beasley.  He's from SMU, he's three feet tall, and he's got the mullet mustache combo in his favor.

Beasley seemed to be wearing his football repellent gloves yesterday.

And found a way to run backwards 4-5 yards after every catch, costing the team multiple first downs....

He wiffed on a protection block...but it was his first game back, so.  They need to get him the ball outside more.  He looks even quicker than before.

And may I add...I wished like hell that the Cowboys would take notes at what the Giants did to them on the ground, and for crying out loud, utilize a full back/H back or pull a guard to lead block.  Trading TD's for field goals ain't gonna cut it.

Dunbar's under usage in this game may be that he hasn't worked all that much with Dak Prescott. Also, his yds per play average is likely how he makes it through all of the injuries with a job still.

I'll also agree, he looks freaking explosive.
