I saw nothing wrong with the article, it is what most people expect.   I do have a slight issue with quoting the won loss record in the series not acknowledging that most of those games where at SMU and occurred when SMU was in a higher football classification with substantial resource advantages.

Except they didn't.

I don't know that resources other than SWC membership mattered a lot in the olden days, but they did beat us pretty regularly from the 20's up until WW2 while we were in a lower classification. That time period is when they racked up this ridiculous W/L record against us, and that really needs to be worked on starting this Saturday.

Psh. Fuc* this dude and his article.

Cmon man...that's your reaction to someone who wrote an article that represents what the majority of college football media expects?

Yes.

Just a bit of advice--do better and represent us in a better fashion. Because right now, you sound like Ryan Munthe...that's not who you want to sound like.

You can be better than telling a reporter to eff off because he wrote an article in the hometown newspaper of the team he covers and picks to win.

You would be crucifying an SMU poster for saying the same thing about Brett Vito picking us to win in our hometown paper that is his best.

yeah, nothing really to see here, Holland is as pro-smu as it gets. I wouldn't expect anything else from him.

North Texas is really the one with something to prove anyways, here's to hoping the SL era starts with a bang!

Majority of college media doesn't even know that the game is going on, much less care enough to predict who will win.
