Interesting to see Malik starting ahead of Tillman Johnson at defensive end, and also Johnson splitting time with Sid Moore there.  Would love to see Moore make an impact this season.

Also, Garrett Gunter gets the start at right guard next to Trey Keenan.  Gunter must have had a good camp.

Eager to see how the three-man front works for us; been wanting this set up for a long time.  We're deep at DE and experienced in the secondary.  Really need the LBs to fly in and make plays.

All the skill positions will see plenty of rotation.  Except hopefully the QB.

Another way to look at is just how bad of a job the previous staff did.  Mac talked trash about the previous regimes troops and then did his only winning with them.  SL is getting his boys in ASAP.

I think I count 11 juco/transfers in the 2 deep.  17 out of 44 are new.  There are another 4 players that either redshirted last year or were not on the 2 deep until now. 

Harry is right.  This is basically a new team.
