Littrell knows what a good DL can do vs an offense.  Think he can evaluate that position as well as anyone else in the industry.  If we are in head up positions on DL it gives us an advantage because the OL have no idea which way we are slanting or moving and where pressure is coming from. As Littrell has said early and often, when you have head up shades as an offense is screws with you...

I think that's why he hired guys that know what they're doing, unlike Mac. Ekeler, Reffett, and LeBlanc are all very experienced, Nate Brown is the only relatively green coach on that side of the ball. We saw Young's potential last year, add in Hood and TJ with Jarrian and Dilonga starting at DE. I think the D-Line will surprise a lot of people and as @GMG24 said I wouldn't be surprised to see slanting and stunting damn near every play
