Great to hear.  That is a healthy sized base salary.  Like to hear there are incentives tied to success of the teams.  Things are looking up.  We are finally paying salaries that will allow us to attract top notch personnel.  Hopefully, it finally produces results on the field.

Are these numbers solely tied to his capacity as athletic director?  Are there other compensation numbers for his VP title?

So UNT will pay $425,000 base salary in 2021.

He is VP of Athletics, AD is just a title for the VP role.  Think of the VP of Academic Affairs also being titled the Provost.
