The world sure has gotten better, hasn't it? 

Sadly Turkey was one of the more stable and moderate Muslim countries. Who knows what they will be if this succeeds.

Been listening to Sirius most of the night on this.  From what it sounds, the Turkish Prez has been slowly trying to establish a more Islamic rule, breaking away from the moderate traditions.  The military, believing they are servants of the citizens, tried to overthrow him and prevent a shift to a hardline Islamic state.

 

 

Sounds like another Iran in the works.
