Former Prospect quarterback Devin O’Hara has found a new home for the fall 2016 season: the University of North Texas.

O’Hara, who graduated from Prospect in 2013, started his college career at Western Illinois University.

As a redshirt freshman, O’Hara played in just 3 games in 2014 and didn’t throw a single pass. He recorded 4 carries for 6 yards and punted once for 50 yards.

It was a big change for O’Hara who passed for 1,500 yards and 8 touchdowns, and rushed for over 1,600 yards and 30 touchdowns as a senior at Prospect. He also counted 599 yards receiving with 7 TDs for the Knights.

O’Hara transferred to College of DuPage, a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) school, as a sophomore.
