Here are five things to know about the newest and most intriguing Conference USA TV partner:

AVAILABLE IN MURFREESBORO

beIN Sports is available on Comcast channel 708, Direct TV channel 620 and Dish Channel 408 in Murfreesboro. It is also on AT&T U-Verse channel 662.

KNOWN FOR SOCCER

Although beIN Sports broadcasts several different sports, soccer has been its cornerstone. The network broadcasts league matches from La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, North American Soccer League and CONMEBOL/CONCACAF/CAF World Cup qualifiers.

INTERNATIONAL COVERAGE

The network was launched in 2012. The headquarters for the beIN Media Group is in Doha, Qatar, though the Conference USA deal is with beIN Sports USA. The channel is available to more than 16 million households across the world.

FIRST FOOTBALL DEAL

Though the network has American football news on its website, the deal with C-USA is the first American football deal for the network.

AVAILABLE FOR STREAMING

The network jumped into the streaming business by launching beIN Sports Connect, which is available on a number of different services.
