It's hard to believe that just a few years ago we were *probably* the best basketball team in DFW.  Now SMU is a ranked team, UTA is able to whip us up and down the court, and TCU is able to hire away one of the better coaches in the country from what might be called a national basketball powerhouse.  And we stink.

We could hire a better coach than we currently have for 100K. This has gone WAY beyond ridiculous.

There is a long list of High School coaches better than what we currently have.

Watch the video/listen to the radio talk. He had 7 years left on his contract at $2.5Mil per year. They estimate TCU ponying up (no pun intended) $3Mil plus per year. WOW!

Is that what it takes to fix a team that went 12-21?

It might be. But that's not the only way. Look at what Cross and Beard make. Or Underwood, especially before his raise.
