Great deal for Lance and the Cowboys! Just stay Healthy 25 and next year's payday could be much larger! Imagine a healthy Romo and Bryant, with a healthy Dunbar AND McFadden for an entire season? Could be a special year for the offense. Now about that Cowboy Defense.. yikes? Just pick a good Defensive player at 4, Jerry. Drafting quality players works if you do it right. No trading down or swapping picks needed this year. 

"And with the 4th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft,  the Dallas Cowboys select Jalen Ramsey, DB.. Florida State."

See how easy that was????

Over a 52 week year, you're right.  Lance is paid over a 16 week regular season.  That's $109,375. per week.  He will just have to live frugally during the other 36 weeks.

Yeah me either I'd hate having a guy who can play every position on the DL. I also want Zeke Elliot. Need a RB to fill void in case we can't resign the aging McFadden.

      I agree with your assessment as it pertains to UNT. As somebody who was a member of our Greek life membership, I think our Greek life is a joke overall. Those are the students who clearly are ashamed of their school and wishes they were elsewhere. Greek life leadership at UNT needs to look in the mirror and recognize they're part of the problem as it pertains to public perception. Without naming names, I can tell you a couple of our biggest donors with names on buildings were Greek life members at UNT. What's happened since they were students, I have no clue.

      We had Greeks at the game!

      When I was at UNT, there was no need to shutdown the tailgate. We all went in as a group from the tailgate and enjoyed the games. There were also Greek life members all over SGA. It was a main talking point that we needed to boost attendance and be part of that change. I don't know what's happened since then. In my experience, the students inclined towards the arts expressed animosity towards sports. Almost like there was jealousy at the attention and resources dumped in sports without realizing athletics are often the main link between a school and its alumni and therefore a big opportunity to attract donations to help fund other on campus projects. Those students geared towards the arts are more likely those to dye their hair as well. There are exceptions on all sides though.

      Yeah I'm well aware of the stereotypes, but go ahead and scan or meet the student crowds at the basketball and football games and get back with me about the greek/weirdo ratio. I mean you don't even need to scan the crowds, just go talk to anyone who was a talon in the last 25 years and get back to me about the various frats and sororities they have crossover with. I mean if it was the greeks pulling in all the support we wouldn't be creating a thread about how surprised we are that literally a few of them from one specific frat showed up to one specific game.
