Translation our broke ass is stuck with him. Are we the worst at hiring coaches or what? i do blame jared as he never really looked at any other coaches. He went with his gut and on the cheap and now we are screwed!

He got a five year deal. He's made $2.5 million off of us so far. ($1.2m in year 1, $1.3m this year) And I believe he gets $100k more each year. So his next three years....he'll get $1.4m, $1.5m and $1.6m. As I bitched about earlier this year, before I stopped going....he didn't show up for his first radio show, and stayed for half of the next four. And yet he gets a $300k a year stiped for radio/TV (which raises his base salary from the original $900k).
