Well you didn't fully specifiy  the injury. I assumed you could walk. Either way show up.

Apparently you don't get that refs have to run, just like players.

Not as much in the gmg Classic. It's slow paced. It was just an idea ?

I tend to try and do my best at whatever I do. Tends to be a curse sometimes. I'd try to run. It wouldn't end well.

Maybe play by play announcer then!

I was just waiting for score predictions.

We had a poorly constructed and coached team.

Lol you people wouldn't listen to coach K. Just a bunch of people behind computer screens trying to act like they know more than the next person. At least some people attempt to play or show up though. Chances are no one person on here has any more knowledge on sports than the other.

I'll listen to people I respect.

There are a few people on here who offer great insight into different sports and strategies. So yes some people on here do know more than others.

Very few people on here to anything more than whine like children or have to search the Internet for information and quote it. I know of two people on here who have coached at the collegiate level. One had only posted a couple times and the other has never made a post. Honestly he doesn't use his account but he reads the basketball forum as a guest. To my knowledge there is no other person who has coached att he college level who bothers to use the boards. You cannot be referring to them.

Many of us told you that Benford was a crap coach middle of year one. You didn't think so.

So I guess we are smarter than your college coach self?

I have never coached college.... I also don't think Benford is a great coach. I do think he has potential if he would learn from his mistakes. He has learned from some, but not others. He has fixed his subbing patterns issue and we are much better on the fast break and when we get pressed. Defense is still questionable and offense is stagnant. Fundamentals are also better. Players are putting in the work to get better at the line and on their individual game. He doesn't deserve to be back, but I could see him being successful at some point if he adapts.

But you can't question him...

because you aren't a college coach...

I am not going to question everything because I do not everything that goes on behind the scenes. I know none of the players personally nor any on the staff. I believe they respect him, but I cannot tell. I do know he is very active and also on the court screaming a lot. He gets attacked enough anyway so why not have somebody who could give an opposing view point.

Trash talk isn't needed...we have a faulty court, old rims, no 3 point line...all things are to your disliking...thus...you will play like crap and blame the court/facilities...then again...you may play like crap at the aac...so it really doesn't matter where you play...

I am content being able to jog up the court this year :)

And yes.... The goals are old and it hasn't been used as a basketball court in a while. I have GMG24 who is a coach on my team. He will carry the load! It will be an even matchup and he will hit the game winner at the buzzer! Going to go Deckie Johnson on Harry's team.

So the excuses start...you just want to jog up and down the court, throw GMG24 to the wolves as a coach (so you become a figurehead like the queen of england)...acknowledge the court is not up to par for you and it's not a true bball court...good to know...

So glad I'm a hack and just play...don't care about the court or the rim...it's basketball...not rocket surgery...
