Thats 630 non-P5 athletes in 10 years if your number is the average, and not a one from UNT. 

From Abilene Christian, from Sam Houston St., but not from UNT. 

The lack of invitation for an FBS school's player for 10 freaking years is the anomaly here, not the other way around...

Pour out the green koolaid for a minute. I don't see any talent from the 1-11 senior class that is worthy of an invite. We were at the bottom of FBS last year.

I think you are missing the point here. If anything, you are making 90's point more valid. We have had NFL caliber players under RV's tenure as AD, sure. The issue is that we are so irrelevant and usually so bad that NFL personnel don't bat an eye at us because of that. That falls in the lap of the AD. He hires the coach that is in control of the outcome on the field. Our outcome has been very bad. Therefore, RV has been very bad and does not get credit for those guys. If we were of relevance at least 2 or 3 of those would have been invited to the combine and more than likely drafted. That could have been recruiting leverage. We have minimal recruiting leverage and in regards to the NFL we have 0 recruiting leverage. We could have a NFL draft wall like many programs have in their athletic complex. Ours would be embarrassing and that is the reason we probably do not have one. The nonexistence of such wall much like an official MGC membership count and/or season ticket count does not exist and will never be made public because it would be embarrassing for this AD because in large part, he has done a shit job. It's unfortunate and I wish nothing but the best for UNT. I honestly believe that the best to come will be with a new person at AD. Until then, we are on cruise control towards so much suck. Billy posted the new W/L of our AD. It's currently at -145 or something of that nature. As I have said on here before, it is absolutely baffling that he is still employed by UNT. Astonishing. I couldn't fathom being that bad at my job and still having it. As a matter of fact, I know I wouldn't have it.

It's all a part of the culture change that we all hope is happening under Littrell. Winning more, getting more quality players that end up getting drafted, etc.

Well Texas State had two drafted last year so they should be kicking our ass in recruiting but they aren't.

Recruiting class ranking below the P5 level is very subjective.  What is more important is your team winning percentage, out of conference opponents (at home) and recently drafted players.  Since they have only played at the FBS level since 2011 let us compare those seasons and 2 seasons beyond 2015 to compare scheduling.  I will spare you the details but everything looks pretty even except for drafted players.  I think that should be pretty disturbing since UNT has been trying to compete at the FBS level since the mid 1990s.  So uttering "Well at least Texas State isn't kicking our ass at BLANK" should make you want to vomit.
