It didn't, at least not really. He was already walking back from us back in November when he decided not to sign and gave a nonsense excuse about signing for both sports at a time when he couldn't actually do that. 

Reclassifying is new, but not coming to us is 3-4 month old news, nothing to do with Frazier.

Kind of strange, he had grade issues: which he improved enough to be eligible.  So now, he wants to go to a prep school to work on those academic issues?
