We have 4 recruits coming in to Denton on the last weekend of recruiting....?....

Kind of seems underwhelming. I think it's a good thing we are moving to a system offense rather than our old line up and let's see has the better athlete type of philosophy. The game is about Jimmy and Joe's, but having a better philosophy can at least manage to keep a less talented team in a game.

There may be a few recruits visiting this week end or there could be many recruits taking their official visit to North Texas.

Coach Littrell did have a late start to recruiting Texas. In only 2 weeks of recruiting, the staff is after very good football players. Got to give then credit for their efforts.

I think the 2016 class will have several recruiting surprises for the NT team,  and for the fans! Recruiting behind the scenes may be in place now.

I am really looking forward to the next class of 2017 too. I do believe the staff will make huge gains in the recruiting game for the next class!

You think Pirtle is an Official visit? I know Vito was quoting him as saying his coaches were basically telling him to expect a PWO offer. I feel like they might not be saying that if it was an official.

OK, good news. Reading the thread title then opening the thread was a little gut punch. I am excited for Sunday-Wednesday of this upcoming week. I don't expect to be in the top25, but I am kind of expecting to be impressed even if only slightly.

Yeah, you're not required to offer or anything just because they OV. But at the same time you don't see many kids taking OVs and then just being offered PWO.

I would like the kid to come here and try to be the next Johnny Quinn he seems like a great kid.
