Sarcasm of course, but this dude sounds an awful lot like Wes Welker- Oklahoma kid from a 2A school, not highly recruited coming to a school installing a mike leach offense. Coach probably sees similarities.

But what was Welkers 40 coming out of High School? I hope if this kid comes here, they can shave some time off. If he's quick thats great and would be good with slants and out routes since he runs very good routes

Note that I didn't say that Mason Fine is equivalent to Johnny Manziel or that Jason Pirtle is equivalent to Mike Evans. I said the Fine relies on Pirtle to go up and get balls that are thrown up for grabs much same the way as JFF relied on Evans to do that.
