Maybe turn this kid into a Mike. A FB/HB in Littrell's offense is more of a pass catcher/matchup exploiter(is that a word). This kid seems like a lead blocking nightmare for opponents if he sticks with offense. What's the thought on a position here.

saw this on Twitter but held back from posting so that it wouldn't alert any IU staff or fans that didn't see that every coach we have is now following him.

The exact same here. I worry about posting about possible flips. Especially because some topics get forwarded to twitter

I've seen this guy live a few times. He's every bit of that 250. Runs really well for his size. Takes multiple people to bring him down. And he's actually not awful at throwing the ball. You could get creative with him on the field.

His position would be play maker. Its pretty clear this staff doesnt have a lot of faith of the current guys we have outside of Wilson. They've gone after quite a few athletes and WR's. Wouldnt be suprised if 3 or 4 other WRs hold offers from NT. Timmy Wilson from Plano East could be one.

He would be a big body to handle short yardage situations.  Not only can he throw but he's also a lefty.  FB toss left and pass ... they'll never see it coming.

I'd love to have an NT version of Jorvorski Lane.   Dude was a bell cow for A&M.

How featured will he be in a Littrell spread as a true Fullback. Do we move him over to D?

You make him that H back type that does "frog" type motion to seal an edge, cover for a pulling tackle.  Then slip him out into the flats with a PA, or TE screen type of kid!

I saw him at Apogee when Euless Trinity played (and lost to) Allen in the 2014 playoffs.  I hope like hell we get him to Denton, because there's a lot he can do for the team, and a lot that making an opening to Euless Trinity can do for our program.  I do not think of him as a good candidate for quarterback however.  Let him play a variety of positions, as he has enjoyed doing most of his life.  For those of you who are not familiar with Euless Trinity football, think throwback, power I, pass to set up the run, get the ball to your various running backs.

But we also should not be thinking that operating from a spread dictates a pass heavy offense; a lot of programs run much more than pass out of the spread.  We want guys like this, because we want to continue having success running (and even more by being better at passing), but we've got to get on track with a modern passing game.  Quarterback candidates who didn't get that much practice throwing it in high school are at a disadvantage compared to those who have.
