KNTU carrying the womens game and the other station doesn't seem to have an online feed anymore, so I am out of luck.

95.3 sounds like it only has a 28k modem to dial in to. You're not missing much.

We have absolutely no depth. I thought our bench would be our strength, but clearly it's weak. Brice did not even play and it looks like Wars did not either. 5 guys are really going to struggle to win games.

Loss by 20 plus? Expected.

Game thread with 7 posts by end of game? Not.

Slowly drifting away...

And yet...here you are...one of the few posts in the thread.  But, you have lost interest, right?

To be fair...it would have been longer if i could have listened to the damn thing!

This I understand, but you are still just one man, CMJ. A good man, but still just one.

I admire you for hanging in there.

you can't fire benford who will take over for him, Evans won't do it will retire, chico is gone. I think when the season ends we make a change or Benford leaves for personal reasons......

Benford is Dead Man Cosching right now. The players know it. It's just a matter of when RV pulls the plug. I've guessed late January/early February for quite a while. I do think Rob Evans will coach as an interim to finish the season when it goes down. And then we get to find out who the next RV hire for a revenue sport will be...

I wouldn't count out Benford being back next year.

After all, this is North Texas.

There's just no way, not in today's college basketball. Nobody coaches in their contract year anymore.

it would be so perfectly RV to somehow have Benford do that, though. He is dying to have a coach to extend, just to show the few thousand that still care that he made a hire worth an extension, plus he gets an extension himself if that occurs, IIRC.

Used to never miss a game. Watching the spurs 2nd string kick Phoenix ass, instead.

That is the lowest of the low.  I can understand not listening to our game but watching the Spurs?

Ha! I know, but I am a South Texas boy through and through. Very happy that I was able spend so many awesome years with all you Northsiders.
