so you don't know....and felt the need to......sigh!!!

From one MBA to another...the AD doesn't give a shit. We will know when they're damn good and ready to tell us. Such is the lot of the minute few.

You will get an email from the AD one day in advance.

FIFY

Come on now,...a weeks notice?  You know better than that.  This is the same group that sent an email to MGC members notifying them to be sure and watch one of our golfers play in the upcoming U.S. Open.  Problem was....the U.S. Open had already occurred the week before.

Seriously, though...didn't they put the upcoming year's main dates out a LONG time ago?  I don't remember the Spring Game date, but I thought for sure that they tossed it out there a while ago.

It is almost as if #retiredonthejob wakes up every day and says to himself "Self, what will happen here today?". Some people in this world plan ahead and schedule ahead to maximize the ability to participate in more activities and be more effective. Some people who have responsibilities for organizations learn how to manage them. Know what I mean, Vern?

I live WAY out of state.. Without these dates put up early, there is no way for me to juggle enough to make it..

I essentially have written off coming in, which in many ways is sad because this should be a great one to be at

Yeah, the email for the Green-White Game will look like this:

Come watch the Mean Green open up the 2016 2014 season under first-year coach Steve Luttrell as they face Texas in the annual showdown in Dallas at 12am!!

FIFY.   Don't want to short-change their ability.

"Hey, if you thought that was funny, you should see what Derek Thompson is wearing today!  LOLOLOL."

That Derek Thompson tweet was so petty and such a weak jab. The dude can't go to a football game with a hot Aggie girl without getting crap from a grown ass man. If he thought he was being funny he needs to know it's not.

It's usually on the same day as the GMG Bowl. So just plan on that date...

Waiting for someone to step up and take it over...you game?

Y'all have WAY WAY overblown that tweet and misrepresented the relationship that those guys have with each other.

"Come out and watch new North Texas coach Dan McCarney in the 2016 Green vs. White Spring Game!  The game will be played at Mean Joe Greene field at Apogee Stadium.  Did you know that the Mean Green moniker is an homage to Mean Joe?"

I called the ticket office today and they said it was April 23rd.

It's not like this information is hard to find.

And, really, do you need over 4 months notice for a glorified practice?

It's the Spring Game.  Those usually rate a great big "So What"

Ah yes, the calling solution. Maybe I'll ring them up on my rotary phone!
