Meh, I'd take lower to bolster my pool of underlings- (Assistant AD, other positions)

I would take full salary and make the school step up. You can't keep letting the admins get away with mediocrity and expect greatness.

Then I'd raise more money and they would get what they are paying for plus a lot more.

I say all this recognizing that I am in no way qualified for that job. But if I was, this would be my thinking on it.

The New baseball stadium is going to be so luxurious that others will start to mimic our luxurious baseball stadium. I am such a wealthy and successful business man that I can make UNT into a money maker where High dollar donors will contribute and want to sit in our luxurious stadiums. I will shut down the boarders to all the stadiums and deport all non ticket holder from sporting events. I will build a luxurious tower where we will move the new Athletic Department offices to where I can over look my growing empire
