Recruiting who to beat

I expect coach Littrell to win recruiting battles for Texas players against;

1. Sun Belt

2. MAC

3. MWC exception Boise, Colo State

4. C-USA, exception Rice (private)

5. Fringe wins SMU,Tulsa, Iowa State, Kansas

Coach PJ Fleck ( who may be the best recruiter in football) states that the number 1 item to be successful is the first impression.

I believe we will have that impression.

We've routinely beat COSt for recruits over the past few years. They are not above us at all.

With Littrell's OK connections/affinity, I'm expecting recruiting battles to heat up between us & Tulsa/Kansas/KSSt.

Going to be difficult to recruit against SMU, since we're a year behind.

We should be able to have the pick of the litter if it's between us, and another SBC/C-USA school... once we start winning (unless the prospect is looking for immediate PT and the position he plays is stacked at NT).
