6). reconnect with our former players. If we could get all of our former players to get engaged with the program again, we would easily sell out Apogee. This is not easy, but it can be done. I would consider creating a staff position focused on this job alone and pay them a bonus based on achievable goals.

To piggy back what @Harry said above, There are so many UNT Letterman that coach at the high school level and I am Not too sure if this is a no no in the NCAA guidlines but Can they help guide the coach or kind of "push" the player towards UNT? I think the Coach should reconnect with past players that are HS coaches to help with the recruiting process

Didn't he mention something about Cobb in his press conference? I have no doubt that Littrell will get this ball rolling in a hurry.

I do recall him mentioning Cobbs name but I dont remember what it was in reference too. It was grouped in there with Mean Joe Green. Im sure he's already reached out to them, he'd be dumb not too..Especially with Cobb at Ryan high and the 3 star DT that committed to SMU, if he could sway him into staying home, that would be a giant pick up..Literally (Littrelly?)
