Heartbreaking busted call by the Zebras cost UNC a shot to tie and probably would have been an OT game. Feel bad for UNC.  Feel good for us with Littrell!

UNC had three problems in this game:  a really good Clemson opponent ... a horrible game by their quarterback ... and robbed from having a chance to tie by a horrible call by the official and the horrible replay rules which didn't allow it to be reviewed.

How can a play that important not be reviewable???

Bc it's a "judgement" call. But aren't all calls a judgement. Bunch of horse manure. It gives referees a free reign to make seesaw bs calls. Aka. The ACC was protecting their money maker. With no help in front of Carolina in the games today, if Clemson losses the ACC gets left out. If you don't think that kind of bs isn't discussed by money hungry ACC execs you are absolutely crazy. If you don't think that information doesn't leak down to officials you're crazier. With that kind of money on the line people will do anything. With the current poll format in place execs have even more say. Kirk Herbstreit all but said in his commentating that the committe might move Alabama to 1 and drop Clemson to 2 "for whatever reason." That reason is to separate OU and Alabama away from each other in the semi's and hope (manipulate) they both make it to thr final. Imagine the build up going into that championship game of two true college football blubloods. The tv ratings would be astronomical, as would the $. Money is ruining this game. <------ Reference: FIFA. Please don't act like these kind of things aren't happening. Believe that they are.

The greed is real.

I was surprised at how Fedora seemed so resigned to the fact he was getting screwed.  You may be on to something.  "Let's keep it in the family."

Fedora reminds me of Clayton Williams' famous comment: "If rape is inevitable, just relax and enjoy it!"

It is hard to get too distraught when you just received a 7-year extension of your employment contract.

I thought I saw hatred in his eyes, but that he could see no useful outlet for it, and just told himself "carry on".
