We did have one other bit of good news in the big 3 this year, thanks to Jalie Mitchell and women's BB beating No. 17 Oklahoma for her first win as coach.

And we should credit women's soccer for winning CUSA.

But otherwise, it was a sad trombone kind of year.

Those are two pretty significant victories in my book.  It's not everyday we beat ranked teams in any sport and that soccer year was really good.
