Eric Morris failed miserably in his first big hire as a FBS head coach. Period. Now Mosley needs to start being concerned. His first big hire is turning out to be a bust as well. His only saving grace is basketball but honestly Ross was already set up as a easy layup hire for him so his Morris hire is much more indicative of his abilities to identify and hire good coaches.

Yeah, you’re right. We should just accept and settle for mediocre teams and embarrassing coaching performances on a national stage. That shows our undying loyalty for the program and we should just shut up and stay out of it. NT being “our” team doesn’t mean we can’t voice our displeasure over the absolutely disgusting performance. UTSA does not have near the resources we have and yet they beat us because we have poor leaders who make tons of money and provide terrible results both on and off the field. And I could give two shits about getting to another crappy bowl game against a crappy opponent. That’s what they hope this Caponi firing will do, take our eyes off the embarrassment in San Antonio and 5 straight game losing streak. Get ready for it. The well staffed propaganda machine will be demanding we recognize and appreciate what an amazing accomplishment another six win bowl team is.
