Crowd noise will not affect either offense.  Not even SMU's attendance counters could call this crowd larger than 5,000 (if that).  

 

Take a hard look RV.   This isn't due to weather, losing or fan apathy...though I'm sure each or all of these excuses will escape your lips at some point.  Nope, it is complete and utter ineptitude in coaching hires, promotions and management of this program that has landed us here today.  

We are here for senior day, a day where we SHOULD be celebrating with the most die-hard of fans as they salute these young men.  Instead men and women who I have personally witnessed sitting through good and bad (sometimes very bad) seasons are nowhere to be found.  Fans who I have traveled great distances with to watch games where we were FAR from favored have thrown in the towel.  Your most ardent and dedicated have walked away.  Was this your ambition?  Did you aspire to run off any and all who love this place so much that they would hold you accountable?  If so, I congratulate you...only you and the deluded few who still follow you are still here to celebrate your victory.

You make many good points Emmitt but remember that the Saturday after Thanksgiving is always our least attended game. I think it has been this way forever but I know for sure it was going back to '05 for the Cobbs/Bazaldua senior day.

well also does not help that this team quit on the school and fans on the most attended game called homecoming, sorry but players that quit get what they deserve, sucks that it is has come to this
