Matt Viator isn't at the top of my list, but he is 10-0 and ranked #2 in the FCS.

He is 77-32 at McNeese State.

McNeese is the only undefeated team left in the FCS.

They were 0-0 in the  LSU game when it was called off due to lightning.

Sure, we could find a diamond in the rough, but we could also find a piece of coal. Which of the two do you have confidence in RV to find? Do you think we can afford the risk given the current state of our program?

Any decision RV makes is a risk to anything that falls under his leadership.  Rv and leadership, isn't that an oxymoron??

We've managed to find coal coming from HS and FBS too. Guess who found them both? Why do you think RV hiring an FBS coach increases the probability of us finding a diamond?

Edit: And, given the number of FBS jobs available and the relative stature of our job, do you think its reasonable that we will be able to lure an FBS coach away from any program?
