Moreover if Ruston, Jonesboro and etc are worse jobs how come we can't get one of the head coaches who have had success at those places to leave to come here?

As far as I know, we've never tried to get a coach to leave a program like that to come here. We took a risk on Dodge out of high school and hired McCarney away from his coordinator job at Florida at a time they were changing coaches and his future there was in flux.

Given what we're going to pay the next coach, we'd have a good shot at prying a successful coach away from someplace like Ruston or Jonesboro.
