3 things that will happen Friday night?

I always enjoyed making calls/bets with my buddies so let's give it a try. What are three things you think will happen Friday against Jarvis?

 

1. Deandre will score 20 plus points 

2. Jermey Combs will get a double double

3. UNT wins by 25 plus 

 

Look out for Jarvis though they are 1-0 and beat a tough University of Arts and Sciences of Oklahoma team..... ?

I will be posting on here and checking Twitter for the Ryan score much of the game.

UNT wins, because even Benford isn't that bad and it's only an exhibition for Jarvis (real game for us though).

I think

1. Players like Deckie, Holston, and maybe Brown will have a coming out party.
2. Our outside shooting will struggle
3. We we be quicker up and down the court than last year.

Oh yeah, and UNT gets the win.

In 2006 we beat Jarvis by 24 points and went on to the NCAA tournament.    We beat Belhaven the next game.  That season started off with a win against Cameron.  Benford may be using Johnny's scheduling philosophy to lead us to a big season.

Quiet...folks here want to forget this same scheduling philosophy from year's past.  Some referred to Jarvis as a high school...don't recall such talk with a former coach scheduled them to help jump-start the season.  This time #2 is Texas College I believe.  I always fret about these games a bit as even this year a few "upsets" have already taken place.  Setting a winning tone is not bad for either the team or the fans.  Hope to see a bigger crowd for Texas College Monday at 7pm.  This team looks like it will be fun to watch...come see!
