They need to know, they're vocal af.

But it's reaching media members on Twitter as well as college football sites/twitters.

As I browse the tweets with "Rick Villarreal", the ignorance that a lot of students have shown in not knowing who their athletic director is really mind-numbing.

Shouldn't be that shocking. How many know the name of the dean of their school and the dean has a LOT more influence over their college life.

When I was in college, I knew who all the head coaches were, I had no idea who the AD was or what his responsibilities were.
