Don't worry, I'm not letting one victory over a team that may just be as bad as us get to my head. Certainly, I don't think this team would have won a game if Mac had lasted the entirety of 2015. But like someone else pointed out on another thread, in Mike Canales's first stint as interim head coach in 2010, both of his wins were on the road. He certainly knows how to motivate his squad away from Denton. Will we win a road game in 2015? Or will we lose out away from Texas and extend our road losing streak to 13 games?

I think we take one in Murfreesboro over our formal rival MTSU (then beat UTEP to avoid double-digit losses).

Hey, a 3-5 conference record is not bad considering the low point we were at earlier this season.

Call me crazy, but I can see us beating LA Tech. I'm not saying we will, but we are no longer on a losing streak and that does wonders.

I see MTSU being the more realistic win though. And I'm pretty sure Canales whooped them with our downed 2010 team. I can see him get ting a 2-0 record on MUTS as a head coach.

The only possible chance is the muts, but man we will have to play ten times better than we did Saturday for that to happen.

The way to win against LaTech, Tenn, or MTSU will be through the air. Or at least running to set up the pass.

These guys' run defenses are top notch. Pass defense suuuuucks.
