There is a shed of light on the offense as of late. The defense DEFINITELY needs work and RV NEEDS to go. I already sent emails to the president and am just waiting for everything to fall into place. Any recent news about HC position?

We are hearing the search process has started and there is a LOT of interest in the position.  Vito wrote that there may be a committee formed.  There will also likely be a search firm hired but we have not heard which one.  That's about it for now.

True. I do hope the the UNT Prez reads our emails and will take action on the AD situation. You would think he would grow tired of the losing seasons

It will be used as an excuse by RV if the hire fails. "Not my fault, I had to do what the committee said." He has already used this excuse at least once since letters started arriving at the president's office. He will damn sure do it again.

Wow.  Didn't the president say something recently about how he hated the direction of athletic programs? That we should actually be competing instead of just being another school who has a football team, since we are a D1 school. He wants to win so why not start by making a decision and making changes around here.

Because 17 big donors are protecting RV. It appears friendship and access is more important than winning to these 17 people.
