I will always be a Mean Green fan, but I stopped donating to the MGC years ago. The Benford and Petersen hires really pissed me off. I've always thought this entire Athletic Department (not just RV) is a complete joke, but I've donated money in the past because it's my school. I will buy season tickets for basketball once Benford is gone. I'll buy a season ticket for football once we have a new HC.

The MGC will not see another dime until RV lucks upon a major sports hire or he's gone. Whichever comes first.

I would interpret that as it is forwarded onto the AD. Maybe the BOR?

No doubt about some of them being forwarded to RV...

No one has hired him in 15 years, and with his record he wouldn't have a job at 127 other FBS programs.

I hope a date would be given at semester end or the week prior. There needs to be communication on this from the top before December 18th. I mean, it's already going to miserable watching all the holiday bowl games roll out (especially if we are winless)...so give us some stinkin' hope at least for Christmas.
